Joseph M. LoMonaco

Prime Commercial Lending opens a regional office to serve the Commercial Real Estate needs for New Jersey, New York City and the surrounding five boroughs. Prime Commercial Lending proudly welcomes Joseph M. LoMonaco as Managing Director of our New York City Office.

Joe brings over 19 years of solid, commercial real estate lending experience to Prime Commercial Lending. Joe is our Regional Managing Director for our New York Office and manages all transactions located in the Five Boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey.

Before joining Prime Commercial Lending, Joe was a Vice President of Patriot National Bank, where he spearheaded the creation of its Long Island office in January 2008. Prior to that, Joe was at the Dime Saving Bank/Washington Mutual where he was one of the top relationship managers for high net worth clientele.

Joe came to Prime Commercial Lending in order to better serve his clients by providing them with a competitive lending platform that fully addresses their financing needs.

Joe began his career as a Real Estate Developer focusing on acquisitions, development and the construction of estate homes on the Gold Coast of Long Island. He presently resides on the Gold Coast with his wife, Lisa, and his two children, Taylor and Brandon J. He enjoys traveling and spending long weekends with his family on their boat.
